BOSCH CAR SERVICE

Bosch Paulshof is running a Competition (“the Competition”) where one customer stands a chance of winning a JBA Falcon SR Roadster with an estimated worth of R200 000 (“the Prize”) when participating in the Competition. By your participation, you agree that these Terms and Conditions will govern all aspects of your relationship with the Competition and Competition-related agents.

Duration, Winner Selection & Notification: 

• The competition opened on 28 April 2025.
• The competition closes on Wednesday 24 December 2025 at 9am. The duration of the Competition may be extended at the discretion of Bosch Paulshof.
• The winner selection and notification will take place on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Entries received after the closing time at 17h00 on Tuesday 23 December 2025 will automatically be disqualified.
• The winner will be selected at random. This will be done by a process that will be conducted or supervised by an independent person, or as otherwise indicated by Bosch Paulshof.
• To be eligible to claim the Prize, the winner must be contactable and respond within two (2) days from the date of receipt of correspondence from the Promoter. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will result in the Prize being forfeited by the prize winner. In such an event, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
• Unless expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses incidental to the enjoyment of the Prize is the responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize excludes transport. It is the responsibility of the winner to collect their prize from Bosch Paulshof, located at 3 Achter Road Rivonia Crossing: The Corner of Witkoppen &, Rivonia Rd, Johannesburg, 2157
• The winner agrees to comply with such Terms and Conditions in connection with the winner's enjoyment of the Prize.

Valid Entry: 

• To enter the competition, a minimum spend of R5000 is required at Bosch Paulshof.
• The competition is open to all clients of Bosch Paulshof.
• The competition is open only to Participants that reside within South Africa.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• It is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.
• To stand a chance of winning, individuals who spend R5000 or more at Bosch Paulshof will need to submit their personal contact details. All details will be stored in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA”).
• By entering into the Competition, the Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read the Terms and Conditions of the Competition before entering and that he/she understands and hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions.

Prize:

• The following prize is available: a JBA Falcon SR Roadster valued at R200 000. The vehicle is a kit car that has been built by the owner of Bosch Paulshof. The features of the vehicle include: 2L Engine, 5 Speed Gearbox, Street Race Cam, Weber Side Draughts and a Custom Interior.
• The Prize is not transferable, assignable, or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash.
• The Prize must be accepted as awarded.
• It is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize from Bosch Paulshof, 3 Achter Road, Rivonia Crossing.
• The Prize is limited to one winner.
• All risk of the Prize shall pass to the winners on delivery.
• Any expenses incurred by winner will be for the winner’s own account.
• Bosch Paulshof does not warrant that the Prize will be free from defects.

Eligibility:

Directors, members, partners, employees (including their friends and family members), agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bosch Paulshof or marketing service providers in respect of the Competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Bosch Paulshof reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that:  a) you have submitted a fraudulent entry, or b) you have acted in violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Competition. The decision of Bosch Paulshof shall be final and binding in all respects and you agree to be bound by the same.

Limitations of Liability:

By taking part in the Competition, the Participant agrees to release Bosch Paulshof respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as “the Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, losses, death that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the Competition. By taking part in the Competition, you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, losses or death shall be asserted against any of the Entities.

Personal Information:

• Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other Participants will be used solely in accordance with POPIA and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s prior consent.
• The Participant by taking part in the Competition consents to his/her personal information to be shared with the Promoter’s employees, contractors or agents for the purpose of this Promotional Competition and for the purpose of sharing future promotions.

Rights of Publicity:

By participating in the Competition, the Winner hereby accepts that the Winner will be asked to take part in further publicity in relation to the Competition, with the Winner’s permission, the Promoter may incorporate the Winner in a publicity campaign, broadcast or allow their names, biographical information and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Competition or about Bosch Paulshof to be used for advertising and promotional purposes aligned with the business, including but not limited to posting photo’s on the Bosch Paulshof website and social media pages.

General Conditions:

• Bosch Paulshof reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Competition, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement.
• If for any reason the Competition is not capable of being conducted as described in these Terms and Conditions, Bosch Paulshof shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
• No member of Bosch Paulshof is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirect, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of Bosch Paulshof which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
• Bosch Paulshof’s decision in respect of all matters pertaining to the competition will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
